Rechargeable Handheld Ice Light for Photography
The concept of Ice Light was originally forwarded by one of the one of wedding photographers, Jerry Ghionis, in 2010. He designed the light in 2012 and it has since carved a name as one of versatile continuous lighting solutions for photographers and filmmakers.
UYLED released the ice light Q508D last year for extending categories. This light is USB rechargeable and with IR remote. For ENG work, it can provided an extremely portable and lightweight solution, and most importantly it produced very soft light. It will be great light kit when you could only take limited amounts of equipment for photography. Q508D can provide both warm white and pure white (3200K-5700K). And the brightness and color temperature can be adjusted as you need. You can control it by remote or pressing the button on the light. The built-in lithium battery can last for 4 hours on the brightest mode (720 lumen), 70 hours on the lowest mode. The charging time of this light is 4-5 hours. When it is low battery, you can use USB cable to re-charge it.
Q508D has memory function and has super bright mode. It most used for photography and videography where the light is not enough. But it also can be for outdoor lighting.
